→Go to Basics, choose S2, fill in your title and subtitle if desired, then save.
→Go to Look and Feel, choose Complete Style for the layout then save.
→Go to Custom Options, and choose the following:

→Layout Type: Two column (Sidebar on left)
→Disable customized comment pages for your journal: Yes
→Link text to leave a comment: Comment
→Text used to link to the 'Recent Entries' view: Recent
→Text used to link to the 'Archive' view: Archive
→Text used to link to the 'Friends' view: Friends
→Text used to link to the 'User Information' view: Profile
→Text to edit an entry: Edit
→Text to edit tags for an entry: Edit Tags
→Use Body of second custom sidebar module for your IMAGE and Body of custom sidebar module for your WRITTEN BLURB.
→Display of tags in sidebar: List
→Show tag count in hierarchical list? Yes
→Make sure your sidebar setup is something like this. This shows the layout using all enabled sidebar features that this layout allows, in the order you see them on the preview. You don't have to use all of them and they do not need to be ordered the same way if you don't want them to be, but these are the only sidebar blocks that haven't been hidden in the coding.
→Custom stylesheet: Input the code above and save

→Go to Basics > your link list to add any links you may have. If you want a title other than LINKS use the first link space for your desired title and leave the URL field of it blank. If you want to break links into different sections add a title with no link under your links for your next link section, then go on adding links as usual. This will create two different link blocks in your sidebar.

*This layout DOES allow the sticky note to be used.
**Subject lines need to be used or icons will get warped. This does not apply to comms or f-lists, since No Subject will be inserted for you.
